Rhinoplasty is a surgery to reconstruct the nose and is commonly known as a “nose job”. It can be done for cosmetic reasons to change the look of the nose, to help with nasal breathing, or both. There are many different parts of the nose that can be shifted with surgery, to change the appearance of the face. Your surgeon should discuss your concerns with you in detail. Common issues are a crooked nose, a bump or hump of the nasal bridge, or a droopy tip. Correcting these can help improve facial harmony, and can boost self-esteem. The goal is to create a natural look, where it’s not obvious surgery was performed.
Photos are taken before surgery to help with planning, and afterwards to show the outcome. You can see some of Dr. Coulter’s before-and-after photos below. We use technology called “morphing” here to simulate what surgery may accomplish for your appearance.
The cost of cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery, anesthesia care, and facility fees is $8,000. If you have functional impairment (such as nasal congestion) as well, your insurance may pay a portion of this total, but this pricing can be finalized after submitting for insurance approval. There is also a consultation fee of $150 for cosmetic surgery, which would apply toward the cost of any surgeries scheduled.

Microneedling with or without exosomes
This technology creates microscopic injuries into the deeper layers of skin to stimulate new collagen and elastic production. This improves the texture of the skin, decreases pore size, and reduces acne. It is safe for all skin types. A numbing cream is applied for 15-30 minutes beforehand and the procedure itself takes about 20-30 minutes once numb. The skin is slightly red and swollen for 2-3 days afterwards. A series of three treatments is recommended for best results, spaced out 4-6 weeks apart. Exosomes are extracts that contain growth factors and anti-inflammatory compounds that help reduce recovery time and enhance new collagen and elastin production.
VI Chemical Peels
VI Peels are medium-depth chemical peels made by the Vitality Institute out of Los Angeles. These peels improve the texture of skin, decrease pore size and target discoloration. They also reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. These peels are generally pain-free and do not require numbing. They take approximately 20-30 minutes to apply, and you leave the peel on for four hours afterwards before washing it off. The skin will start sloughing two days later and will continue to peel for up to 7 days after. A series of three peels is recommended to achieve the same results as a deeper peel, but with less risk and downtime. It is safe for all skin types.
Botox
OnabotulinumtoxinA is a neurotoxin that weakens muscle. By targeting select muscles of facial expression, this can reduce the appearance of fine lines or wrinkles and can help prevent formation of new wrinkles over time. Effects typically last 3-6 months on average and vary by person and dosage. There is no downtime but some people may experience mild bruising at injection sites that takes 1-2 weeks to resolve. It is safe for all skin types.
